Green Intermediate - Assistant AST
Bio: I started my career in coffee as a regular Barista in 2008, approaching to specialty coffee in 2013, the same year I started my university career in the world of Industrial Design. In 2016, for the time I finished my bachelor and started my master degree, I also attended several classes of CDS with the Umami coffee school in Florence, taking eventually the Coffee Diploma and starting assisting the teachings. After, i continued teaching coffee classes and making freelance events in Europe and outside. From 2018 I'm an AST in Brewing and Green Coffee with classes made in Italy and outside, especially Lithuania, with experience also in judging coffee competitions.
