Bio: Thomas has been drinking coffee since birth. Well, maybe not that early, but it is a life-long passion. With three years of early-career barista work, 10 years in production, training, sensory and quality assurance, and 7 years volunteering with the SCA as an instructor and co-founder/chair of the Coffee Taster Committee, his love for the industry continues to grow. Currently he is a training and QA consultant working internationally and relocating to his hometown of Detroit, Michigan.
